Our Job Descriptions

Baker - 3rd Shift

Our 3rd shift bakers bake and add the finishing touches to the hand-crafted artisan breads and pastries that have made our bakery famous.

Qualified candidates will have experience with all aspects of the baking process including hearth breads. We also expect basic knife skills and an understanding of food safety.

ServSafe certification is a plus.

You are a great fit for this position if you are hard-working, self-directed, an efficient worker, and calm under pressure.

Baker - 1st Shift

Our 1st shift bakers are responsible for mixing and shaping all breads and pastries at the bakery. They are a very important beginning to a quite delicious ending. At our Hall Street location, 1st shift bakers are on a rotation for baking the daily varieties of pastries and breads that are sold. 

Qualified candidates will have experience with all aspects of the baking process including hearth breads. We also expect basic knife skills and an understanding of food safety.

ServSafe certification is a plus.

Server/Barista

Our servers are the face of Wealthy Street Bakery, greeting customers, serving pastries and coffee, artisan breads, crafting espresso beverages, and serving made-to-order breakfast, lunch and dinner menu items.

You are a great fit for this position if you are hard-working, efficient, cleanliness-oriented, customer-service minded, and calm under the pressure of a fast-paced environment.

Barista experience is a plus but not required.

Line Cook

Our line cooks create the fresh made-to-order meals that our customers crave! Cooks also prep fresh ingredients, prepare soups, dressings, and other menu components from scratch.

 

Qualified candidates will have experience with basic prep work, breakfast, soups, salads, sandwiches, pizza and calzones. We also expect basic knife skills and an understanding of food safety. ServSafe certification is a plus.
